Professional installation options automatically include the following services for every installation starting at a minimum purchase
requirement of 85 units. Our Hospitality Installation Services offer 2 tiers of Service (Meet the Truck or White Glove), however both tiers include the following services:

  1. Logistics support and coordination delivery of TVs.
  2. Unloading new TVs from the truck.
  3. Staging of all TVs for Proper Installation in a property meeting room.
  4. Asset Log including TV Serial # and Room # for insurance purposes.
  5. Pedestal Installation of TVs 22”-50” on wood case good using TV provided bolts/nuts.
  6. Removal of existing TVs to storage area within the property.
  7. Liquidation/Recycle search for the existing TVs.
  8. Removal of trash to Property provided dumpster.

MEET THE TRUCK Installation Services

  1. Unload and distribute TVS to guests rooms from a centralized area within the property.
  2. TVs to be unpacked, assembled, and installed using the included base.
  3. TVs secured with provided bolts and security nuts (two sided tape available at an extra charge).
  4. Provide property with pictures, paperwork for damaged TVs and streamline advance replacement units.
  5. Package damaged/DOA TVs for return pick up.

WHITE GLOVE Installation Services

  1. Includes all aspects of MEET THE TRUCK.
  2. Additionally with purchase of a Samsung TV, installation of REACH Server and programming of channel mapping into the head end REACH Server will be provided.
  3. Installation will also include setting up each individual TV for receiving the programming from the REACH Server being installed.
  4. Provide customer with brief, functional overview of system as well as REACH Server interface.
